Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Welcome to Kempten in a charming apartment with a spacious terrace. On 65 square meters, guests can expect an exquisite experience: A modern spiral staircase leads to the pleasantly cool bedroom, perfect for summer months. The apartment impresses with its brightness, an extensive terrace with city views and soothing underfloor heating for colder days. Located on the outskirts of town, the center is just a 20-minute walk away. A retreat that combines urban proximity and privacy.

Relax in this particularly quiet accommodation and its expanse. You have a view to the east of the sunrise above the mountains and through the south window a lot of light. There is a bedroom with a wardrobe and a 160 x 200 bed. A living room with a work desk, wool carpet and yoga equipment, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. There is a washing machine in the basement and there is space for your skis or bicycles in the shed.

The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
