The attached guest house has a separate entrance in the back of the house off the private court yard. Perfect for couples, travelers, nurses, business travelers and small groups. Large bedroom upstairs with 1 queen bed + 1 folded twin bed (stored in closet)+ bathroom. There is also ac units for summer heat and plenty of board games for the kids and family

Pass through Mediterranean style patios and enter into a comfortable, private studio with private bath and kitchenette. Relax on the deck or one of the outdoor couches. Enjoy the antics of the quirky chickens. Soak in the tranquil hot tub or invigorate by dunking in the outdoor cold plunge bathtub! Wifi indoors and out. Trails through the Evergreen Open Space are across the street. Convenient to Goleta, Santa Barbara and UCSB. Our precious rescue pup, Luna, might bark a greeting on your arrival.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Private entrance bedroom with private bath & patio

Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
