Five minutes from popular restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, cinema, and grocery stores, including Target and Walmart. One block from Belmar Park, five blocks from Addenbrooke Park. Quiet, family neighborhood. We are not MMJ/THC friendly please book accordingly.

Our 560 sq ft suite offers guests the finest in amenities as well as privacy usually found in private home listings. Guests are often awestruck by our views and our location is simply ideal. Less than 15 min to Red Rocks and Golden and only 20 min to downtown Denver. If you're craving to get out of Dodge for a few days, this is where you want to be. Besides your own private bedroom, lounge, and bath, you'll also have access to amenities that include a hot tub and outdoor "movies on the beach!"

Our garden-level/ basement-level apartment is newly remodeled and is located on 1.3 acres of land that backs to North Table Mountain with 360 views of the Rockies. This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Features: Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill. We also have a new large flagstone patio with seating at the top of our backyard overlooking the Rockies! See pics!
