Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

In the past 5 years, we have renovated the Zahren estate house with great effort and ecologically (clay plaster) and largely according to historical models but also with modern accents. The manor house, including the spacious common rooms on the first floor and a total of 4 apartments, can also be rented as an offsite location or privately individually or as a whole. It is located in a landscape park on approx. 20,000 square meters, which can be shared by our guests.

You can expect: a well-equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, bed linen & towels, two bicycles, grill & fire bowl. Our favorite apartment No.9 in the northern old town of Rostock offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. It has one bedroom with a box spring bed (1.60 m), a nice dining/living room, a small but full open kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower. The Wi-Fi is great! This favorite apartment is located between the city harbor with its numerous restaurants and the Kröpi shopping mile with many cafes.
