Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und mit dem Bus (30min)/Auto (20min) ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich der Grünauerhof und das Hotel Königgut! Beide sind zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten kulinarische Köstlichkeit. Zwei Spielplätze sind auch fußläufig erreichbar!

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.
