For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2-room holiday apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside to the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. A cot can also be placed in the bedroom. The spacious kitchen/living room is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets circling.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Panoramic windows, a large terrace and a very quiet location. For each adult from the age of 15, €2.50 must be paid extra for the tourism tax. This amount isn't included on Airbnb.
