Located in Premia (VB), this apartment is perfect for adventure and relaxation. Close to the Premia spa, the Crego climbing walls, and the wonderful areas of Alpe Devero and Alpe Veglia, it offers excellent opportunities for excursions. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Baita Alpina

Wooden cabin dating back to 1800, finely renovated in a modern, simple, functional and bright way thanks to 2 balconies and a large window. Excellently insulated, it allows heating only with a wood stove, thus maintaining an authentic atmosphere. Kitchen with induction hob, an extendable 6-seater table, spacious shower. A rich library with mountain literature and fiction in Italian and English. WiFi and Smart TV complete the services available to our guests.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

The cabin is completed by a large garden overlooking the valley.
