Authentic romantic house in quiet village

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

We took over the bungalow in April 2025 and renovated it with loving attention to detail to create a place for us and our guests to feel good. The bungalow is located in a quiet holiday park, ideal for families or people looking for peace and quiet. If you still like a little more action, you can surf, cycle, visit cities and much more in the surrounding area. Renesse, Ouddorp, Rotterdam, The Hague and Antwerp are just around the corner. Bergen op Zoom, a small insider tip, can also be visited quickly.

Our house is on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland with the capital Zierikzee. The island is connected to the mainland by dams and bridges. You can arrive by car at any time of the day or night. No ferry is required. There are good shopping facilities for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity. There is a bike rental in the neighbouring village 1.5 km away. Several restaurants are within walking distance. There is no tourist tax. (El-charging station for cars within walking distance 2 min.)

Our holiday home is on the outskirts of a meadow, within walking distance of the historical center. You can park on the private driveway directly in front of the house. The living room is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4-burner hob, oven and dishwasher. The house has infrared sauna and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. This makes it the perfect place to stay together with friends or family, while everyone can enjoy their own privacy.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected with the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not too far away. The city of Rotterdam popular for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.
