We built our cottages on the edge of the more than 430-year-old village of Aunt Nowa, where the Sopot River (hence the name of the cottage). A private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. A neighborhood perfect for hiking and biking.

Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). The house has full media equipment. The village is a great tourist attraction with a large reservoir and forest, where you can relax mentally while hiking away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The village is located in Roztocze, from which there are Szumy, Quarries in Nowiny and Józefów and Czartowe Pole in the vicinity.

Over 100 years old Chata is located on a spacious plot of land next to a young blueberry plantation. The neighborhood of the forests and the Wieprza valley gives this place a unique atmosphere and at the same time offers the opportunity to relax in nature. In our Chalet we provide guests with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor, two mezzanines, a shared lounge and two bathrooms. Outdoors, you can use the patio, a bonfire, and on a rainy day with a covered gazebo with a gas grill.

The area is fenced, you can safely let the animals out, outside there are also: a sunny terrace, a place for a barbecue, or a shaded grove full of trees. Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.
