The apartment is located a short distance from the centre of Ostrava, in a quiet and safe location – right next to the police station Nearby you will find a park, a river, the Ostrava ZOO (about 6 minutes by car) or the new town hall, and in about 7 minutes you are on the highway. Ideal place to relax and explore the city. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a lift, in a building that is still awaiting renovation - but the apartment itself is completely renovated and modernly equipped.

The apartment is near Stodolní street and only a few stops from the biggest shopping center Forum Nová Karolína. Byt je situován nedaleko sjezdu z dálnice D1, nádraží Ostrava – Svinov, tramvajová zastávka je od bytu cca 50m, v blízkosti jsou také autobusové zastávky. Byt se nachází v prvním zvýšeném podlaží. Restaurace, hospůdky, obchůdky (lékárna, potraviny, masna, drogerie), kavárny i řecká taverna jsou v nedaleké blízkosti.
