Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.
