Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

I invite you to our cottage, where you can relax in the hot tub and sauna and take walks through the surrounding forests and meadows, allowing you to forget your worries for a while... Guests have access to a plot of approximately 1,300 m² and a house of 80 m² (maximum 8 people). The cottage has a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms upstairs, parking, an area for a bonfire and barbecue, a hot tub, and a sauna. The river is about 200 metres away. In the autumn and winter season, the cottage is heated by a fireplace and additional stoves/panels. There may be temperature variations.
