For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

The 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our Guests with safety, privacy and rest surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. Terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and a large table. Year-round private jacuzzi with no restrictions, extra charge on request 300 per stay. We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per animal.

Welcome to a charming, year-round cottage located on a beautiful slope overlooking the Vistula River. The cottage is only 30 meters from the river. The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. "Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)

Forest Ridge

The Wyraj Forest House is located in the Natura 2000 area, surrounded by fields and forests. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
