We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

A unique place hidden in a birch grove on the edge of a recreational village at the foot of the Owl Mountains. A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení.
