Only 10 minutes from Loch Leven With a large secure garden, with decking and a separate patio area,you can be sure to stay in the sun all afternoon. The garden also backs on to a large playing field with goals posts. There is also a kids play park attached to this.

Recently refurbished to a luxury and cosy standard, this home from home makes a great base to explore the Kingdom of Fife, Edinburgh, Glasgow and more and placed to access to the Fife Pilgrim Way. Our Townhouse was commissioned in 1875 by local legend and world-famous, Andrew Carnegie and has been stylishly converted into a bright and modern home.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within 5 minutes walk to bus routes to the city centre and 10 minutes to the airport bus stop. By car, the city can be reached in 15 minutes. There are beautiful nearby walks down to the Forth River front and beach. The suite is attached to our family home but the connecting door will be kept locked ensuring your privacy.

It has spectacular views over the fields to the ocean so you can truly relax. However, for those who love to explore, it’s ideally located close to some of Scotland’s most iconic towns like St Andrews, Elie or Gleneagles, all just 40 minutes away.
