The Beach House not only offers a beautiful and comfortable retreat, but it is also a short walking distance to stylish cafes, casual bars and restaurants. You may choose a lay-back pursuit, picnic or bbq on the foreshore. Or casually relax in the shared lush green courtyard with a drink.

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville.
