The room is simple and brightly decorated, with a sofa, table, good chairs, and a double bed. And garden view. An intermediate hallway leads to rooms with a wardrobe as well as a microwave, fridge, nespresso, water boiler, etc. which is only for tenants of the room. And from here to the shower and toilet, which is only used by tenants. The area is a 10 min walk to S-train and bus to Copenhagen with culture and shopping, Nordsjaelland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Walking experiences in nature in Dyrehaven, nearby parks and by the sea and beach.

Enjoy a stay in a high basement at this centrally-located home. Private entrance to home with private kitchen and bathroom. 2 connecting rooms with 3 sleeping places, room separated by curtain, no door in between. Free parking space for car. 5 minutes walk to metro. It takes 8 minutes to get to the center of Copenhagen. It takes 25 minutes by Metro directly to the airport. Lovely park with the possibility of running and playground for children - 3 min walk from the home. TV can be used if you bring your own PC with HDMI plugs

You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

German and understand Italian.

Please note that if you plan a longer stay depending on the season, we may ask for limited access to the house while respecting your privacy, of course. This will be agreed upon before each booking. Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
