Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed with a view of the lake or take the mountain bike and ride the route outside the door. Welcome to our bright and newly renovated 140 m2 home centrally located in Filskov (only 15 km from Billund). Here you get a total of 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 children's room with cot and changing table), 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, a cozy living room with wood-burning stove and daybed, a nice and bright kitchen with DeLongi coffee machine and gas stove, as well as a lovely garden with a brand new wooden terrace. The home is located directly opposite the local grocery store in the quiet village of Filskov.

Cozy annex in the woods

The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside. It is quiet here and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes up. The wood stove is nice in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of meadows and fields. In the main house, Philip, Helene, Asger (4) and Axel (2) live together with our two happy dogs (female). There are 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake, tennis courts or the old veteran course can entertain. Double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. 1 large room.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with stunning views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with great views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of blah "cinema" cozy with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. It has a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

The house is on 2 levels with a living room on 1 floor, and from here there is access to a lovely south facing roof terrace, overlooking the church. There is one bedroom, but the possibility of bedding in the living room on the 1st floor. Peaceful country farmhouse

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.
