"Casina Le Rondini" on the hills of Florence

Casina "Le Rondini" is a small characteristic apartment with a nice king-size bed, the sofa becomes the third bed, the kitchen is equipped, the bathroom has a comfortable shower. The entrance is separate from the rest of the building, accessed from the garden and guarantees complete privacy. The parking space is private. We are immersed in greenery on the hills of Florence, in a strategic position 5 minutes from the motorway exit of Firenze Sud. There is a rustic atmosphere just a stone's throw from Florence.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

Casetta Melograno – Cozy farmhouse in Chianti

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato ubicato al primo piano di una palazzina dei primi del ‘900 in tranquilla strada di uno dei più antichi ed eleganti quartieri di Firenze. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

The distance from the city centre (Piazza San Marco) is 9.7 km; the bus takes 31 minutes. Services in the area within walking distance: pharmacy, grocery store, pizzeria. OUTSIDE THE CITY CENTRE, surrounded by peace and greenery. Equipped with a free private parking space 2:00 pm check-in Check out before 10 am

The Tower

Ancient Tuscan villa, beautiful, with exclusive private garden, completely renovated, surrounded by the beautiful and gentle Tuscan hills. The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
