Pequeño apartamento adosado a la casa. La cara sur está llena de ventanas con lo q el lugar está super iluminado. Con entrada totalmente independiente. Porche donde disfrutar de las vistas y el sonido de los pájaros. Cerca de preciosos senderos donde perderse y playas magicas como Laga, Ea, Ogeia, Lekeitio. En invierno disfruta del calor de la estufa de leña. Cocina exterior (no acondicionada para invierno) APARCAR EN LA ZONA HABILITADA PARA ELLO‼️‼️

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.
