Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

Här bor du bekvämt med nyrenoverat badrum, gångavstånd till mataffär (400 meter), tåg/buss (200 meter) och nära till badsjöar och Dalälven. Perfekt läge för att utforska natur, kultur och allt Dalarna har att erbjuda. Närheten till tågstationen och mataffären gör det möjligt att semestra helt utan bil om så önskas. Med tåg eller buss gör ni enkelt dagsturer till t.ex. Leksand, Rättvik, Mora eller Falun och Borlänge.

Lugnets arena ligger endast 4 km bort. Upplev Skid-VM 2027 hos oss! Under denna evenemangsperiod erbjuder vi bokningar med en minsta vistelse på fem nätter. Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

One room, private kitchen, bathroom and entrance

Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome home to us and our bright guest apartment located in the basement of our villa. You have your own entrance with a code lock and come down the stairs directly into the apartment, which has its own toilet with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and the possibility to cook. We who live in the house are me, Ola and my wife Theresa and our two boys born in 2017 and 2021.

Sjöstugan

Relax in this cozy and peaceful lake house with your partner, friends or family. The cottage is located 15 minutes by car to popular Romme Alpin or 15 minutes by car to Borlänge. During spring, summer, autumn, there is also a guest house on the property to use where another double bed is available and thus it can accommodate more people.
