Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

A comfortable Norfolk Brick Cottage set in the heart of the tranquil village of Trunch. Located across the road from a quiet pub it is a perfect location for walking & cycling, taking advantage of the network of footpaths across farm land linking to the Paston Way & The Coastal Path. A couple of miles from the village of Mundesley with its sandy beach, pub & local food shops. The Victorian Seaside towns of Cromer & Sheringham are close by as are The Norfolk Broads, Norwich, Wells & Holkham.

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

Tucked in the middle of the countryside but Sandy Beaches are a short drive away. Stroll up a quiet country lane (1.7 miles) to the gorgeous Suffield Arms or drive (2.2 miles) to the renowned Gunton Arms Surrounded by fields, trees, and wildlife, enjoy lovely local walks or relax in the pretty private courtyard.

Retro Chalet - Close to the Sea & Beautiful View!

My lovely 1960s chalet is very close to Mundesley beach - 2 minutes to the cliff top and 5 mins down onto the beach. It has great south facing views of the countryside and you are not overlooked by other chalets. You’ll love my place because of the big windows, the light, airy space and quirky found-objects. Even the bedrooms look out onto the private garden. Great for couples and small families. A quiet and spacious little development - bit of a hidden gem.
