With 110 square meters, you can comfortably spend a vacation with up to 8 people. The large terrace with a BBQ and views of the countryside is also inviting. In the surrounding area, there are many excursion destinations such as the Maare and the Moselle, hiking and cycling trails, and for motorsport fans, the Nürburgring. For families, there are also amusement parks/zoos and outdoor swimming pools nearby.

Our holiday flat with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walk-in connection between the oldest and youngest maar in the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with the simultaneous start of the virtual city tour) Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher pond at any time of year. Note: Pets and smoking are not allowed in the vacation rental!

Super quiet location right in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar in the Eifel, which invites you to relax in summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124m, you can quickly walk from one maar to another and at the same time be in the middle of the volcano. Centrally located to the Nürburgring and Cochem.

In the quiet, enclosed courtyard you will be able to relax to the fullest. In the house there are five bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower and toilet as well as a sauna. In the courtyard, there is a covered barbecue area.

My house is located on the southern outskirts of Ulmen, is very centrally located in Weidenstraße 7A – not far from the Ulmener Maar and the castle ruin. A few years ago, there was still an old barn on this property, which my brothers lovingly converted into a characterful and rustic country house. On the cozy wooden terrace you can end the day and enjoy the idyll of the evening.
