We are 3.5 km from the sea and 7 km from the center of Anzio and the Grotte di Nerone. Lido di Lavinio train station, with its multi-ethnic hustle and bustle, is 500 meters away and allows you to reach Rome in 50 minutes. The regional road 207 Nettunense is 200 meters away. We are 6 minutes away from the Tor Caldara Regional Nature Reserve (we recommend checking the opening hours).

The house is located in the Lido dei Gigli area, 80 steps from the private beach with sun loungers and umbrella included in the price, 8 km from Anzio and 10 km from Nettuno. 40 minutes by train to Rome Termini station and 30 minutes by car from FCO airport. Casa Gloria is suitable for families and groups of friends who love nature, culture, golf, shopping, and good food. The beach is equipped with a bar and restaurant where unforgettable sunsets will complete your vacation! In winter, there is a fireplace.

Our beloved beach house, completely renovated, is a large apartment overlooking the central square of Anzio, from which you can see a corner of the sea. It is a completely renovated house but with a vintage feel: we wanted to keep the original layout of the rooms and restore the family furniture from the early 1900s. It is a bright, cheerful house that breathes the sea air, enlivened by the life of the village square with all amenities available (train, beaches, port, restaurants and pharmacy).

The villa is just 3 km from the center of Genzano di Roma, a town belonging to the Castelli Romani or Colli Albani. There are 2 connecting stations, the first is located in Cecchina, which is about 2.5 km away; the other is located in Campoleone, from which the train leaves for Rome every hour and arrives in just 20 minutes. The 2 lakes make the Castles truly fascinating, the first smaller one is located between Genzano and Nemi. The final cleaning fee is 100 euros to be paid on-site in cash.
