U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

Das Apartement ist mit einem Boxspringbett (1,40x2 Meter) sowie einer Schlafcouch (1,60x2 Meter) ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum ist ein großer Tisch, der als Schreibtisch genutzt werden kann sowie eine Wohnwand (für persönliche Gegenstände.) Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit Wanne + Glasabtrennung sowie einen Handtuchtrockner. Die Küche ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet (Kühlschrank/Herd/Mikrowelle) . Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfanne sind vorhanden.
