Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The Sun House

The Maison du Soleil is located in Colazza, a small and characteristic village surrounded to the north by hills rich in forests and overlooking the panoramic view of part of Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese, Lake Comabbio and Lake Monate. The apartment, recently renovated, is in a very quiet area and there is a large terrace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. Inside you will find various types of comfort: flat-screen smart TVs, appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the center of Dagnente, a tiny hamlet of Arona, on the hills of the Vergante, the lake in front and behind the woods and mountains, is the Asilo Infantile Don Luigi Bellotti. A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.

The living room of the apartment is very bright and through the large windows you can enjoy a wide and beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and appliances, such as air conditioning, underfloor heating, smart TV, internet, kettle, oven, etc. The proximity of the highway makes this area a perfect hub for getting around in a very rich area. Not only the lake, but in just over an hour you are in Milan, Turin, and Malpensa airport.
