You can reach the train station in less than 10 minutes. In about 5 minutes you can reach our small center and also many shopping opportunities.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

The apartment is suitable for 1 to maximum 2 people. There is a small bathroom with shower/toilet, a living-dining room and a bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a detached 3-party house in a quiet residential area. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but in front of the apartment in a sitting area.

Ruhr University, the German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), and the BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) are within a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. Witten main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly renovated and furnished apartment in the attic is bright and friendly.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Enjoy the day in the garden with views of meadows and forests, end the day in the conservatory at sunset and simply unwind. As the last house in the settlement, only the hare and the fox say good night from here.
