The apartment is quiet, everything is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. You can relax on the loggia and let the day come to an end. Tram 31 is about 20 m from the main entrance and takes you to • to the U6 (Floridsdorf) • to U2 & U4 (Schottenring) Stammersdorf is connected to the city centre in about 25–30 minutes by public transport.

Here real vintage charm meets modern comfort – many original preserved elements tell from earlier, while your stay still remains relaxed and uncomplicated. Although the train station is very close, you can enjoy peace and quiet with us through clever development. Vienna city centre can be reached in just 40 minutes by train, the city limits are only 15 minutes away by car, and Vienna Airport is 45 minutes away.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!
