For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Rural idyll in summer swimming in the Walchsee and countless hikes or mountain biking in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl, as well as ski touring, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Fantastic location, unique panorama.

Great location right next to a forest. 10 minutes walk to the village, which includes a supermarket right at the entrance. Pure nature, breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser. Panoramic windows, a large terrace and a very quiet location. For each adult from the age of 15, €2.50 must be paid extra for the tourism tax. This amount isn't included on Airbnb.
