The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
