Welcome to our holiday home! Located in the heart of Dalarna, 20km north of Falun, on its own peninsula. Recharge your batteries with relaxing summer days in the sun and beautiful sunsets over the lake from the patio. I autumn, the trees show their full spectrum of colors and the darker evenings you spend in front of our cozy fireplace. In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.

Bäddsoffa 120 cm med extra bäddmadrass. Lakan och handdukar finns att hyra för 75kr per person! Badrum med dusch/golvvärme. Gratis Wifi, TV med Netflix. Slutstädning görs av dig som gäst men går att köpa till för 500 kr. Hundar välkomna, men säg gärna till innan då vi har egen hund. Varmt välkomna till Nusnäs!

Surrounded by lush forests, this off-grid retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary for those looking to disconnect and unwind. Enjoy panoramic views of nature, relax on the spacious deck, and explore nearby hiking trails. If you are lucky, you will see moose, lynxes, bears, and many other small animals and birds in the forests. Winter = central heating + wood stove.

Boendet är en separat gästdel i huset med egen ingång. Det består av ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett stort vardagsrum med en våningssäng, köksavdelning och sittgrupp. I badrummet finns toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. En stor altan vetter mot sjön, med sittplats under en pergola, och gästerna har eget förfogande över hela altanen. Möjlighet finns att låna roddbåt och flytvästar. Handdukar och lakan ingår inte, men finns att hyra för 150kr/set. Städning ingår inte i boendet.

Fantastisk stuga alldeles intill sjön. Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten i vattnet. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
