The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located by the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Year of construction 2009. The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun loungers. Wintertime when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. There is no running water. We fill up water before check-in and it can be easily picked up at a nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.
