The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. Hot tub available from Easter to the end of Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter and October.

The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra bed mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

There is a small swimming area about 100 meters from the door. Walking distance to the fishing camp Mellanfjärden and Trollska forest. The cabin is from 2000. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. There are nice patios where you can enjoy the amazing view and evening sun. One well-behaved dog welcome Cat can't attend.
