You will appreciate the calm of the house and the coolness of the pool.

In the land of cicadas, vines and olive trees, 15 minutes from Uzès and Pont du Gard, 30 minutes from Avignon and Nîmes, come and relax by the pool and contemplate the landscape in our new single-storey villa of about 125 m²! 3 double bedrooms with individual bathroom + toilet, open living room hosting the kitchen, living room and dining room. Large terrace sheltered from the wind around the pool; 2nd terrace below, the bocce ball court completes the amenities.

Not far from Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue, the sea or the Cévennes, the place is conveniently located for exploring the region. In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

You will be near the Duchy of Uzès and the Pont du Gard (20 min), the city of the Popes of Avignon (30 min) and the ancient city of Nîmes (40 min). The seaside resorts of Grau-du-Roi and Grande-Motte are an hours drive away.

You will be close to the Duchy of Uzès and Pont du Gard (20 minutes), the Cité des Papes d'Avignon (30 minutes) and the ancient city of Nîmes (40 minutes). The seaside resorts of Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte and Port Camargues are 1 hour drive away.
