This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The holiday home is located in the small town of Naklice near the city of Omiš. Country peaceful surroundings,perfect for a nature getaway, away from noise and crowds. The city is 6 km away, where there are beautiful sandy and pebble beaches (7 min. by car) Also near is the canyon of the river Cetina where you can enjoy the beautiful nature of the canyon, a picnic area or a boat ride. For those who like a slightly more active vacation, they can try rafting,zipp line,hiking,biking, jet-ski rides.

Left from the house you have way to get to the beach and you go down and for 1 min by walk you are next to the restaurant "Aga" fantastic restaurant situated just next to the beach. Other way on right side has 80 stairs to get the beach. Just perfect place for you to spend your holidays. Souranded with a nature just perfect place to relax and feel the adriatic sea.
