Completely newly built and newly decorated apartment bright and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the farm there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

NOT INCLUDED. Duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT INCLUDED. Cleaning. Note, NO PETS. Barbecue and charcoal available to use. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

A quiet, harmonious home with an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with large windows that let in nature. As we only rent out when we are not there, there is access to a large garden, a patio in the evening and a large orangery for long dinners.
