Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

In the same house, there is another, completely separate apartment that can also be rented. The apartment itself is poorly visible from the outside. The view of the Swiss mountains is fantastic. In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter.
