LIVE music on the pier during the Spring/Summer into Fall months(til 11:00pm). Pool is seasonal mid April-October Unit is located on the 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR) of the Duneside III.

A very clean and tastefully decorated condo 2 bd, 2 bt , Sleeps 5-2 queenbeds. Overlooks the pool, sun deck and the ocean. The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

Great Location Beach Front 3Bed/3Bath Sleeps 10

Priced for an off season escape, this beachfront getaway is perfect for family vacations, golf weekend or quick weekend trip. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths provide plenty of room and make "Going Coastal" feel like a home away from home. The large balcony overlooking the pool and coastline is perfect for your morning coffee or quick lunches. The condo's great location makes enjoying local dining a breeze, but don't feel like you always have to go out. We also have a well-equipped kitchen.
