Rustica House

Take it easy at this unique and cozy getaway. 200 year old house, restored in a traditional style complete with modern equipment. Fully air conditioned and with free WiFi and TV with Netflix channel. The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has multiple terraces: private adjacent to the house overlooking the city and river, and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

Villa Leylandii

This new, modern house is located in Zemunik Donji, 10km from Zadar. An ideal choice for families with children. It is located on a fenced property with a swimming pool, lawn, barbecue and large parking lot. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and a TV. Wifi is available throughout the house. Within an hour's drive from the house are the cities of Zadar, Nin, Biograd, National Parks Paklenica and Krka, and many other attractive locations. The nearest beach is 10km away, the shop 1km, the airport 4km.
