Built on a hillside, on the heights of Palombaggia, the villa offers a unspoilable view on the splendid bay. The villa with the pure lines, contemporary and refined decoration, is made up of a livable space of 350 m² and of an external living space of 300m² on a terrace. The villa understands a living room of 70 m², 1 kitchen, 3 rooms with contiguous bathroom, and a garden level which can be completely independent: living room, kitchen, 1 parents room and a dormitory room which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, 2 bathrooms. The external space is distributed between the terraces of the living room, the kitchen, the rooms and the safe beach, with the splendid swimming pool with overflow (10x4m). Bosa, one of the autentic medieval borgo in Sardegna, was home to a tannery industry in the 19th century. This building had been converted to a home after the business it housed closed, the last tannery in the area. It is now an excellent home base from which to explore on foot the many historic sites, museums, festivals, cuisine and gems Bosa has to offer. Supermarket is a block away. Restaurants and tannery Museum across the street. Parking is in front the of house.

Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
