Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

La casa, utilizzata durante la II Guerra Mondiale come stazione del telegrafo e ristrutturata negli ultimi anni, è finemente decorata con un tocco rustico. Le serate primaverili ed estive possono essere trascorse nell'ampia veranda, allietate dalla fresca brezza e dalla vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Orosei.
