This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. You'll find a bright, comfortable, newly remodeled beach block apartment here... and lordy is it nice! There are some apartments that are close the beach and not so nice... not here! Marble tile bathroom to get ready for the day.... You will *not* find a more beautiful apartment this close to the beach!
