Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

Es ist eine geräumige familienfreundliche Wohnung mit sozusagen drei Schlafzimmern, das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ist ein Anschluss Zimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad. Es steht noch ein Schlafzimmer mit Babybettchen, das Bad ist nebenan. Ebenfalls ist noch ein Wohnzimmer und Essbereich, sowie eine Küche vorhanden.
