We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday region Zell am See/Kaprun. The countless excursion destinations in the region make your holiday a real experience. The Tauern Spa or the Kaprun Glacier are just a few minutes away. Zell am See can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or train.

Small, cosy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room cottage offers space for 3 people, shared hours and evenings. The wood-burning stove makes it pleasantly warm, and a large corner bench with a table, bunk bed, and chest of drawers are also in the hut. Barbecue facilities right next to the cottage, water right at the cottage at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a few metres from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.
