Idyllic Appenzell vacation home with garden

Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

New, modern and very bright wooden house for sole use, ideal starting point for adventurous families who want to discover Eastern Switzerland (near Connyland, Lake of Constance, Appenzell, Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen). Covered parking for 2-3 cars directly in front of the house, train station a few minutes walk away. Very good Wlan. Washing machine, dryer, toys for the little ones and books for the big ones. The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, in addition to the underfloor heating, a large fireplace provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten Bauernhaus von 1850. Hallau liegt ländlich an der Deutschen Grenze zwischen Schwarzwald und Bodensee. Es fahren öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil. In zwei Gehminuten können Busstation, Lebensmittelladen, Bäcker und Bank erreicht werden. Wir sind kinderfreundlich und Nichtraucher. Ich betreibe eine Entenzucht. Die Enten befinden sich in einem der zwei Gärten.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

My Airbnb is near forests in the middle of the village at the countryside. But still really near the next big citys - Frauenfeld and Winterthur. Easy traveling with bus & train, station near 100m of the airbnb. With a 10 to 20 minutes walk, you are at the next "Weiher" (ponder, sea). A pleasant stay for couples, solo adventures, business trips and families (with children).
