Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Beach pool house with artistic touch

Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Charming stonehouse for 4 - 5 persons. This house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and one guest toilette, living area and kitchen with dining area. Outdoor area with private pool also has a barbecue and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The garden is full of greenery which makes it very relaxing and enjoyable! Fully equipped and nicely furnished, this house is a perfect choice for your vacation! The pool is in use in the period from 15.04.-15.10.
