This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

The home is unique because of its waterfront location, it is the great starting point for beautiful walks, sailing and cycling routes and sightseeing in Friesland and the Netherlands. Just step outside and you can jump on your windsurf board or dinghy! Also, you can bring your own boat or rent one nearby.

This beautiful building has been completely restored in 2024/2025. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is located in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are in walking distance . One of the most beautiful city squares of Friesland "De Merk" just a stone's throw away. There is plenty of parking space around the cottage. Pets in consultation.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday close to the water. We believe that going on the water is a beautiful and unique experience. Therefore we offer our little boat with the house for free!
