This apartment with a large garden and a fantastic view is located directly on the Harder lake shore and is available again for our guests after our own use. It offers relaxed days for those seeking peace and quiet as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility of SUP. Due to the location in the "Dreiländereck" [tri-border area], this is the perfect starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

From here you can walk or cycle immediately into the countryside, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. The bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.

Enjoy a wonderful time on the island of Lindau. Just behind the house, towards the lake, is the Gerberschanze, a historical part of the fortification. Today a small green oasis with lake access and small beach. Continue to the marina. Enjoy the city centre with its Mediterranean flair.
