Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Ein Bahnhof 10 Min. zu Fuß (RE nach Köln/ Aachen und S-Bahn Köln). In ca. 50 Minuten zur Messe Köln-Deutz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants ca.10 Min. zu Fuß. Eingang barrierefrei, Wohn-Essbereich, Kaminofen, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Außenbereich: Terrasse, Garten, Grill 2 PKW Stellplätze, max. 2 Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.

Apartment with terrace spots

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves.

Waldaue

Am Rand eines idyllischen Hofs im Westerwald liegt unser Standort Waldbach – mit weitem Blick über Wiesen und Wälder, soweit das Auge reicht. Im Hintergrund begleitet dich das sanfte Rauschen eines kleinen Bachs – dein Soundtrack zum Entschleunigen. Direkt ab der Cabin starten Wanderwege durch Wald und Feld. Auch mit dem Rad lässt sich die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden. Am Abend sitzt du auf der Terrasse oder am Feuer – mit weitem Blick in die Natur und dem Gefühl, ganz bei dir zu sein.

Close to nature in an old house with garden

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 1,600 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a village of 300 people. There is no thoroughfare, the main noises are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Beautiful old building apartment in historic mill

Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Apartment by the forest / Westerwald

Our apartment is located directly on the forest in the beautiful landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Close to Obererbach is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other attractive hiking, cycling and motorcycle routes, ideal for day trips. Our village Obererbach belongs to the district Altenkirchen. In the village, within walking distance is the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). You can reach the nearest shops by car in about 3.5 km.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
