The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house has 2 kayaks and a large canoe that is located at the water's edge... beautiful terraces (one is with an outdoor fireplace) nice large open kitchen and cozy living room. 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor and a large bedroom in the basement. The house has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. It is a five-minute Drive to Farum Bytorv with many shops. Copenhagen city center is about 20 minutes by car

I vores hus er fire værelser. Der er en TV- stue og stor opholdsstue. Samt stort legerum. Huset har tre toiletter. Der er bad og badekar i det ene, dog med gennemgang i et værelse. Et andet er udstyret med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Køkken er stort og veludstyret. I haven er bl.a legehus og trampolin. Samt grill, udepejs og havemøbler på to terrasser. Huset ligger på en stille vej. 5. Min. gang fra Furesøen. Vi har 1 dobbeltseng, 1 dobbeltmadras, 2 enkeltsenge, 1 jr. Seng., 2 babysenge.

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.
