Kjøpesenter, apotek og baker 300 m unna. 2 sov, stue, bad, kjøkken og 2 lufte veranda. Oppvarming/aircondition med varmepumpe og kabler bad .Adkomst via trapper 2 etasje. 1 soverom 150 cm dobbelseng 2 soverom 120 cm seng , og separat 90 cm .Vi bor i underetasjen. Parkering rett på utsiden, gode bussforbindelser

Stationsvegen 31, Nelaug. Train: Gohead: Oslo-Stavanger- Kristiansand-Arendal. 5 min easy walk Rural, unassuming, sunny with a view towards Nidelva and Nelaug. TV, games, toys outside (summer) and inside. Rowing boat with motor, a safe, inflatable kayak for enjoying the island-rich Nelaug lake and Nidelva (summer). 2 adult bikes, one for children. Retro-cafe at Nelaug 600m, Joker 15-20' by car or 20' by local train to the Stoa shopping centre. No smoking and partying. Rules of order.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Apartment for rent, 2 minutes from city centre. Free municipal parking nearby. Two bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed in each room.
